We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before your scheduled check-in time to allow for traffic and parking. If you arrive early, feel free to relax at OSO and enjoy the waterfront before your cruise.

If weather conditions are questionable, your cruise may be delayed for up to 60 minutes while the captains monitor conditions. Only the captains can decide whether a trip will be canceled due to weather. 

If the captains cancel your cruise before departure, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for another available cruise. Refunds cannot be issued until the captains have officially canceled the trip. 

 Once the cruise starts and dolphins surf and jump, a raincheck will be given if the trip was less than 30 minutes. 

We are located at Bear Point Harbor in Orange Beach, Alabama. Free parking is available at the marina, just a short walk from our boats. Stop by our blue ticket hut to check in before your cruise and check out our Cold Mil Fleet swag!

We recommend bringing sunglasses and a phone or camera to capture photos and videos of your cruise. If needed, we also recommend applying sunscreen before boarding. You are welcome to bring a small cooler with your favorite beverage or any other drinks you’d like, just no glass bottles. If you purchase a drink from the bar before your cruise, it must have a lid. Bottled water is also available to purchase for $1. 

If you need to cancel anyone in your party, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for that reservation. 

Yes! You can reserve one of our boats for your own private cruise with up to 49 guests. Private cruises are perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, and other special occasions. Private cruises start at $1,400 plus a 15% gratuity. We also offer field trips. Please give us a call for availbilty, pricing, and more information.
